Broxap is a longstanding supplier of street furniture - designing, manufacturing and installing a wide range of products by our CRB checked team. Our street furniture collection is strong, durable and ergonomically designed, varying from practical installations such as litter bins and seating through to environmental enhancements such as decorative street lighting and planters.

Our street furniture products range from balustrades and handrails right through to a variety of products to enhance regeneration programmes in the public realm; such as seating, bollards and recycling units suited with tree grilles, planters and signage.

Broxap has a broad selection of street furniture designed to fit into any environment and manufacture from a range of quality materials including cast and ductile iron, duracast polyurethane™, steel, stainless steel, concrete and timber.

We have many years of knowledge in creating the most stylish and practical bollards to suit any application. We can also customise bollards (and any other products in our street furniture range) so that our customers really do get a unique product. Our bollards can even be seen outside such prestigious locations as Buckingham Palace!

Our access control range consists of specially manufactured products to be used throughout areas of pedestrian access or heavy traffic usage. Many of our traffic management products complement each other and can be used to create a traffic calming scheme or to allow periodic access to traffic in a pedestrian zone.

Broxap’s street furniture range also includes external bespoke balustrades, an example of which can be seen at Liverpool Museum (see our case studies!) and pedestrian parapet systems which we have an impressive example situated at Trafford Wharf, Manchester.

To further complement our durable street furniture range Broxap is the proud designer of the toughest steel and stainless steel litter bins in the UK, the Derby range; our street furniture products are not only reliable but secure. With an extensive variety of Litter Bin products Broxap’s range is designed especially for town and city locations. Along with Broxap’s traditional cast iron range of litter bins, we have also manufactured a new sleek, stylish range of steel and stainless steel litter bins, suited best for where heavy foot traffic occurs.

When manufacturing, Broxap use recycled plastic, which is manufactured from recycled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) from waste collected in the UK ensuring our products are endlessly recyclable and eco-friendly.

Broxap manufacture a range of environmentally-friendly and functional litter bins that include recycling units, dog waste bins, glass bottle bins.

For Broxap’s dog waste bins we offer a tough, durable and hygienic solution to the problem of environments fouled by pets. A range of dog waste disposal units created in steel, cast iron or aluminium designed to blend in with existing environments and provide the perfect solution to responsible dog owner’s disposal of pet waste.

Broxap have also considered that with the smoking ban in place and the amount of litter cigarette butts produced, a cigarette bin is complementary to our street furniture range. Broxap have developed a range of products designed to discreetly sit outside buildings, shopping centres, factories etc. allowing smokers to dispose of their cigarettes upon entry. Most of the products fit easily into Broxap’s smoking shelters too.

Broxap stocks an extensive range of seating and picnic unit solutions. Offered in an array of materials Broxap are proud to supply durable and attractive seating to complement your street furniture essentials. All Broxap’s cast iron seat ends bear the unique cast iron guarantee for a lifetime in excess of 100 years. Steel slats are used as an alternative to wooden slats for vandal resistance.

Our stainless steel range of seats are low maintenance, strong and durable, ergonomically designed which complement many of today’s contemporary looking townscapes and developments. However our steel diverse range varies from economy seats to heavy duty anti-vandal seating which are constructed from components that are 100% recyclable.

We also produce timber seats which range from heavy duty, robust to medium duty. All hardwood supplied by Broxap is sourced from well-managed, sustainable plantations that comply with the Verified Progress scheme independently confirmed to be fully traceable, from legally-harvested forests.

To modernise a public area, Broxap offer a concrete range of seating, which provides a streamlined and stylish contemporary look to cast concrete seating, while still retaining the hard wearing properties and strength of the material.

Broxap also supply heavy duty picnic units which are suitable for both municipal uses and leisure industries, such as parks and hotels.

Broxap design and manufacture the widest range of planters in the UK. Their aesthetic appearance also enables them to be used as a discreet vehicle barrier. Where space and function do not permit gardens or flower beds, planters allow green foliage to be introduced and easily maintained. We offer a range of cast iron tree grilles and steel tree guards to promote tree growth and protection. All grille types that we supply can be modified to incorporate holes for lighting units, water irrigation or other bespoke features.

Broxap offers flexible, modular systems which enable the specifier to create exciting and interesting signs. Standard components such as columns, fingers arms, header and footer boards, and finials are interchangeable allowing unique combinations to be created. Our drawing office can produce new concepts, using state of the art CAD technology and produce designs to suit client specification.

Despite the fact we can sell our products as individual, stand-alone items, Broxap has developed a range of street furniture suites, ensuring that we are a one-stop shop. As well as manufacturing our own range Broxap are the UK’s exclusive supplier of the ODM Contemporary Street Furniture collection. ODM are a patented designer range of modular and co-ordinating street furniture produced by a leading German based manufacturer.
