We are proud to announce that Broxap has secured a placed on the YPO1244 Outdoor Furniture Framework.
This 2-year overarching framework covers the supply, delivery and installation of all kinds of fitted furniture, libraries, residential and outdoor furniture. The YPO1244 framework has a potential maximum value of £250 million and is open to the public sector, including all UK local authorities, parish councils, NHS establishments, health and social care and education facilities.
Having already been awarded a place on YPO 1220 (Design, Supply and Installation of Outdoor Sports Surfaces and Activity Equipment), we are pleased to now be placed as the market leading supplier of all outdoor street furniture.

How can I get set up with YPO?
Using this framework couldn’t be simpler. Orders can be placed by direct award straight to Broxap Ltd by referencing YPO 1244 or running your own mini competition using the YPO1244 framework contract.
Working with Broxap directly
You can work with and place your order directly with us for delivery straight to you. We offer a range of outdoor furniture products and design specifications including different dimensions, materials and colours. This is in addition to our guidance expertise and ability to adapt to your individual requirements, facilities and budgets. We can design, space plan, deliver, install and project manage the full end to end process.
Working with the YPO design team
You also have the option of working with the YPO Design Team, placing your order through them to pass it on to us. We will then deliver your products directly to you.
This option gives you access to YPO’s professional Design Team who support and manage customers through a complete end to end project process.

Crown Commercial Services.Gov (CCS)
The Crown Commercial Service helps thousands of public and non-profit organisations buy goods and services from suppliers in the private sector. By using Broxap as a pre-evaluated supplier on this framework, all public and non-profit organisations including government departments and local governments can buy goods and services.
SXL 0420 Outdoor Play & Sports Facilities
Under Scotland Excel Outdoor Play & Sports Facilities framework (Framework Contract 0420) we have been selected to supply external Timber Play Equipment to outdoor parks, education learning areas, housing association and other local authority open spaces.
SXL 0721 Recycle & Refuse Containers
As a registered supplier on Scotland Excel recycle and refuse container framework (Framework Contract 0721), we support all local authorities and public bodies with Scotland in the delivery of waste and environmental service. Available to purchase from various product lots, we are able to provide mild steel on street litterbins, wheelie bin containers, recycling units, grit bins as well as dog waste litterbins.
NHS Supply Chain Framework
Broxap Ltd have been accepted onto the NOE CPC Minor Works, Trades and Associated Services, DPS, this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) offers a flexible approach for contracting authorities to source and deliver Minor Works and Trades projects up to a value of £5 million. The NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative is also open for all Local Contracting Authorities, Education Establishments, or Central Government agencies in England, Scotland, Wales & NI to use.
NEPO 231 Highways & Civil Materials
Under the NEPO 231 Framework Contract, we have been award a place to work with them as registered suppliers of bollards and barriers. The North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities framework agreement is available for use by all Contracting Authorities throughout all administrative regions of the UK.
Playground & Outdoor Gym Equipment Framework Lot 3
Broxap Ltd and Sunshine Gym are placed on the Crescent Purchasing Consortium framework for outdoor gym equipment. This Education sector framework is for the purchase of Outdoor Fitness products as well as projects requiring the installation and surfacing to complete the area. A range of inclusive fitness equipment is available for all ages, from KS1 through to higher education.
North West Universities Purchasing Consortium Framework
Alongside the Crescent Purchasing Consortium framework, we have also been automatically granted a framework place on the North West Universities Purchasing Consortium framework for the supply of outdoor gym equipment. This Higher Education sector framework is for the purchase of Outdoor Fitness products as well as projects requiring the installation and surfacing to complete the area. A range of inclusive fitness equipment to all higher education colleges and universities.
Hampshire County Supplies Framework
Hampshire County Supplies Contract CC16496 Framework for the Supply of Bins, Outdoor Furniture, Bike and Scooter Racks and Shelters, and Grit Bins for use by Hampshire County Council Hampshire Schools, Fire & Rescue, Hampshire Police and members of the CBC (Central Buying Consortium).
ESPO Outdoor Playground Fitness & Sports Framework
ESPOs Outdoor Playground, Fitness & Sports Facilities framework (Framework Contract 115) allows you to purchase a fantastic range of outdoor playground equipment, outdoor fitness equipment from Broxap Ltd and our specialist divisions for Playgrounds; HandMade Places and Outdoor Gym; Sunshine Gym.
