As 2025 draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on what has been a landmark year for Broxap. Over the past twelve months, we’ve strengthened our leading position in the market, expanded our capabilities, welcomed new businesses into the group, and continued to deliver high-quality street furniture solutions across the UK.
From strategic acquisitions and major facility investment to new product launches, accreditations, and partnerships, 2025 has been a year defined by momentum. We take a month-by-month look back at the highlights that shaped our year, and the installations that brought our products to life in towns and cities nationwide.
January – Turvec Acquisition
We began 2025 with a major milestone: the acquisition of Turvec, a leading specialist in cycle storge solutions. This move significantly strengthens our active travel offering, combining Turvec’s expertise in innovative bike shelters, bike repair stations and cycle racks with Broxap’s in-house manufacturing scale and nationwide delivery capabilities.
By bringing Turvec into the Broxap family, we’re better positioned than ever to support local authorities, developers and transport bodies with high-quality, future-ready cycle infrastructure, delivered faster and more efficiently.

February – Staffordshire County Council Case Study
In February, we were proud to be featured in a case study produced by Invest Staffordshire, highlighting our strong relationship with Staffordshire County Council and our long-standing commitment to investing locally.
The case study shone a light on our continued investment in skills, facilities and people within the region, a partnership that not only supports our growth but also reinforces Staffordshire’s reputation as a hub for advanced manufacturing.
March – National Distribution Centre Announcement
March marked another major step forward with the announcement of our new National Distribution Centre. This state-of-the-art facility represents a significant investment in our logistics infrastructure, allowing us to streamline operations, reduce lead times and enhance service levels for customers across the UK.
As demand for our products continues to grow, the distribution centre ensures we can scale efficiently while maintaining the reliability and quality our customers expect.

April – Joining the YPO Framework
In April, we officially joined the YPO framework, strengthening our relationships within the public sector and making it even easier for organisations to procure Broxap products through a trusted and compliant route.
This framework appointment reflects our proven track record in delivering durable, high-quality street furniture and supports our mission to simplify procurement while maintaining exceptional standards.
May – Secured by Design Accreditation
Safety and security took centre stage in May as Broxap achieved Secured by Design accreditation. This nationally recognised police-backed standard confirms that our products meet rigorous criteria for crime prevention and public safety.
The accreditation reinforces our commitment to designing street furniture that not only looks good and performs well but also contributes to safer public spaces.

June – Sustainability Model Launch
June saw the formal launch of our sustainability model, built around our long-running Project Transform initiative. This milestone reflects years of work to embed sustainable practices across our operations.
From zero waste to landfill processes to our no-waste automated powder coating line, our sustainability model demonstrates how responsible manufacturing and commercial success can go hand in hand.
July – Staffordshire Chambers Awards
In July, Broxap was recognised at the 2025 Staffordshire Chambers Business Awards, receiving Highly Commended for Business of the Year and recognition in the Manufacturer of the Year category.
These accolades reflect the dedication of our team, our continued investment in manufacturing excellence, and our growth as a leading regional and national business.

August – Stoke City FC Girls’ Academy Sponsorship
Community investment remained a priority in August as we extended our sponsorship of Stoke City FC’s Elite Girls’ Academy, becoming the headline sponsor for both the boys’ and girls’ academy teams.
Supporting youth development and grassroots sport aligns closely with our values and reinforces our commitment to the communities in which we operate.
September – Townscape Products Acquisition
September marked another strategic acquisition with the addition of Townscape Products to the Broxap Group. Townscape is a specialist in hostile vehicle mitigation and counter-terrorism solutions, significantly strengthening our security-focused product portfolio.
This acquisition opens new opportunities for innovation and allows us to offer a more comprehensive range of protective street furniture solutions for high-risk environments.

October – Bin Hub Product Rollout
In October, we officially rolled out our new Bin Hub products, with the first installations taking place across Glasgow. Designed to improve waste management, street cleanliness and user experience, the Bin Hub reflects our focus on smarter, more sustainable public realm solutions.
Early installations have already demonstrated how thoughtful design can improve both functionality and the visual quality of urban spaces.
November – National Modeshift Convention
November saw us present at the National Modeshift Convention, where we connected with active travel, transport and sustainability leaders from across the UK.
The event provided a valuable platform to showcase our commitment to sustainable mobility and to share how our cycle infrastructure solutions are supporting behaviour change and greener travel choices.

December – Holiday Shutdown and Looking Ahead
As the year comes to a close, we’ll be taking a short break over the festive period. Our offices and manufacturing facilities will be closed from December 24th to January 5th, giving our team a well-deserved rest after a busy and successful year.
We’d like to thank our customers, partners and suppliers for their continued support throughout 2025. We’re already looking ahead to an exciting 2026, with new products, projects and opportunities on the horizon.
