Following the success of four previous real estate projects, Apo at the Holloway marks the fifth residential programme in Apo’s ongoing UK expansion. Directed by Winvic Construction Ltd, the leading main contractors working in partnership with Invesco Real Estate, Broxap were specified to design and manufacture outdoor seating for the project.

Our Lithos Bench is a monolithic bench constructed using reinforced concrete in fair-faced natural grey. Its smooth, solid appearance adds to the calm and modern environment of the area.

The seat was finished with timber slats in exotic wood across the bench leading up to a backrest, adding warmth to the cool tone of the concrete.

Apo pride themselves on their innovative approach, and according to a survey at the Holloway, over 68% of renters were happy with their current accommodation, a step up from the national average of 65%. Renters also expressed a desire for amenities, specifically an increase in outdoor spaces, which is what we are all about here at Broxap.
