Chatterley Court is a supported housing complex in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent. Featuring 113 one-and-two-bedroom apartments, the £18.9 million facility in Chell Heath offers independent living solutions for people aged over 55 and boasts communal dining areas, gardens, and additional support features.

Broxap were commissioned by Equans to design and create a secure and accessible area for residents and visitors to park their bicycles. They were looking for something sleek and modern that matched the look of the impressive building.

Our classic Wardale Cycle shelter was chosen, a fully enclosed shelter with transparent panels, finished in our durable PROTEX® powder coating in jet black. A Sheffield Cycle Rack was installed underneath, holding up to 10 bicycles, enough to serve current residents and accommodate future growth.

Located conveniently at the front of the complex, the cycle shelter is just a few steps from the main entrance, making it easy for residents to access their bikes.

The new cycle parking shelter at Chatterley Court has proven to be a valuable addition to the community, completing the project which will meet the varying needs of the older population.
