What does high quality external furniture for schools look like? Broxap’s recent installation in Porth is a perfect example.
Broxap worked with Dawnus Construction to enhance this new build project. We provided a series of canopies and external furniture for one of Wales’s exciting new schools.
The architect specifically requested:
- a large scale fabric canopy to the main yard area
- a curved canopy to the outside of one of the classrooms.
To meet this brief, Broxap installed a waterproof fabric Twin Conic within the main yard and a Plymouth Wave canopy with column protectors to act as a classroom shelter.
Dawnus Construction were pleased with the solutions we offered; they requested even further installations around the school. Broxap also supplied a Luton style Entrance Canopy and a Cambridge Cantilever Cycle Shelter. Finally, to complete the package, we come to the external furniture. This included:
- Derby Eros Litter Bins
- Stainless Steel Bollards
- Willenhall Seats (steel with Iroko timber slats)
- Tiptree Picnic Units (constructed of steel and FSC® (FSC-C122338) softwood slats)
