Squadron Leader Mike Place from RAF Brize Norton contacted Broxaps Keep It Kool office explaining that they had an area adjacent to their Sky Bar that they wanted to redevelop. We provided a proposal for four tensile structures along with a visual, Mike then used this as his submission to apply for funding from the Central Funds.  Once successful with receiving funding they instructed Keep It Kool to manufacture and install the four structures.

We the had to complete a lengthy security application for our installation teams in order to gain access to the RAF base, once these were approved the installation was scheduled and the tensile structures installed to the high standards expected.  Finally heating, lighting and decking were installed to complete the new Sky Bar Patio area.

The official opening of the RAF Sky Bar Patio by Squadron Leader Mike Place and other senior members of the RAF including Air Vice-Marshal Elaine West took place in September 2013 with the unveiling of a Commemorative Plaque.
