Over 220,000 sq. ft of the 300,000 sq. ft available internal space at Victoria House is being refurbished into a Grade A wet lab-enabled life sciences space. The property’s floor-to-ceiling height and internal structure mean it is well suited for a life sciences conversion. From start-ups in designated incubator spaces to larger pharmaceutical companies, the property is perfectly positioned for innovative entrepreneurs.
Broxap was commissioned by Wates Construction to design, manufacture and install extensive and high-quality cycle parking for staff coming into work at the neoclassical Grade II listed building.
Their plans had a designated internal storage are in the basement to locate the bicycle storage. Our Neath Cycle Racks were chosen due to their space-saving design. Having recently undergone a redesign of its own, our new and improved Neath Cycle Rack features a more robust and lightweight construction, ensuring durability without adding unnecessary weight. Plus, the focus on user-friendly design makes loading and unloading bikes easy and straightforward.
Contributing towards the buildings End of Trip Facilities (ETOF) are our Folding Bike Lockers. Allowing users to securely lock their bikes, they come in a tower of three units to offer increased capacity cycle parking over a minimum footprint. A number of Harrogate Cycle Stands were also installed as part of the project, proving over 20 parking spaces for larger bikes and e-scooters.
Our Bike Pump and Bike Repair Stand provide a convenient and easy way for people to fix and maintain their bikes on the go.
