Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 


Holidays: 25 days holiday entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays

Broxap Ltd is a family-owned engineering business based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, established in 1946.  We are market leaders in the design and manufacture of street furniture, shelters, covered walkways and outdoor play, sport and fitness equipment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our IT & eCommerce Team.

The role

As Digital Marketing Executive you will support the Head of Marketing and the overall marketing function. The successful candidate will be required to develop a digital marketing strategy, carrying out regular evaluations and producing reports and useful insights to help us improve the effectiveness of our digital marketing across all our brands.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite SEO audits, address technical SEO issues, create an SEO roadmap and plan for future optimisation of the main Broxap website, as well as the five other divisional websites.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, across all the divisions.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, across all the divisions.
  • Work closely with the inhouse content writer to improve keyword optimisation, backlink and PR opportunities

Essential:

  • Solid experience in both B2B and B2C propositions
  • 2 Years + experience as an eCommerce manager or similar
  • 2 Years + experience in technical SEO and website audits
  • 2 Years + experience managing PPC campaigns
  • 2 Years + experience managing Email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as MOZ or SEM Rush.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting research and providing recommendations to the wider team
  • A creative approach with good copywriter skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Magento 2
  • Knowledge of Dot Digital
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite
  • Marketing degree or equivalent
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certified (or working towards)
