Sales Order Processor
About Us:
Broxap is a family-owned engineering business based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, established in 1946. We are market leaders in the design and manufacture of street furniture, shelters, covered walkways and playground equipment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Half an hour lunch break
Holidays: 25 days holiday entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays

The Role:
We currently have an opportunity for an organised individual of a meticulous nature to join our Sales Order Processing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit the order document pack to ensure all information is enclosed and accurate to allow straight forward order input. The check includes a detailed audit of the sales enquiry including technical drawings where necessary, the Broxap quotation and customer order.
- Accurately inputting orders onto the Sage business system
- Complete a ‘final’ audit check of the order prior to release for production.
- Liaising with internal departments and customers on a day-to-day basis regarding general queries, product availability etc.
- Amendments to ‘live’ orders as required, liaising with internal departments to ensure accuracy.
- Saving all documents onto Invu – inhouse system.
- Assisting Sales with quotes.
Experience and Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and time management skills to ensure that time is managed effectively.
- Excellent keyboard skills with experience of in-house database systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy with minimal supervision.
- Positive, can-do attitude
