The HVM Counter Terror Concrete Block 320 is an extended precast concrete hostile vehicle mitigation barrier designed to provide certified perimeter protection for public spaces and high-security sites.

The HVM Counter Terror Concrete Block 320 is a high-performance hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) barrier engineered to help secure public spaces, commercial developments and critical infrastructure against unauthorised vehicle access. Its extended 3200mm profile provides increased perimeter coverage while maintaining the proven impact resistance and architectural appearance of the wider Townscape HVM range.
Engineered from artisan precast concrete with 15mm chamfered edges and finished in smooth Premier or exposed aggregate options.
The Townscape 1490 x 990 x 600 Counter Terror Block is PAS 68:2010 tested to the following classifications:
30mph test – single block: V/7500/N2/48/90/6.6/0.0 40mph test – single block: V/7500/N2/64/90/12.3/2.2
And PAS 68:2005 tested to the following classification:
30mph test comprising 3 staggered blocks: V/7500/N2/48/60/2.0/0.0
