This versile canopy can be used to cover atrium / courtyard areas or can be cantilevered to form an entrance canopy. The natural light transmission makes this an attractive area for people to congregate, optimising the exterior of any grounds.

Originally Broxap developed this cost effective solution to cover three individual quadrangle/courtyard areas, totalling over 1,800m2. The atrium canopy consists of Glu-lam beams spanning the length of the roof openings, together with structural steel framework and a non-fragile, structural polycarbonate roofing system.

Features:

  • Galvanized mild steel glazing bars, saddles onto Glu-Lam beams
  • 25mm thick structural multiwall polycarbonate
  • Integrated guttering and downpipes into school roof drainage system
  • Watertight “Capex” glazing bar capping system
