Broxap offer a standard carriage service for all supply only products, this usually takes between 3-28 days as lead times vary on specific products and quantities. Delivery costs to UK mainland are displayed at checkout stage once the address has been confirmed. For deliveries outside of these areas you may be advised to contact the sales team. Express delivery is available on selected products.
All delivery excludes mechanical off loading unless stated otherwise.
Further Delivery Information:
1.1 Delivery is usually within 28 days of placing your order. Your estimated delivery date will be shown on your Order Confirmation. In the event of a delay, we will contact you to inform you as soon as possible.
1.2 Parcel couriers are used when the purchased product/products are small enough to deliver by parcel. When the weight of a delivery is over 20KG's or the dimensions exceed that permitted for a parcel by the courier, the product/products will be dispatched by pallet/pallets. All pallets will be loaded at the discretion of the work site staff in view to maximise the efficiency and space without compromising the safety of the driver or the customer, nor compromising the integrity of the pallet structure or product.
1.3 Any 'self pick-ups' by the customer, will be aided by the use of a fork lift truck on the Broxap site, however once the product is in your possession Broxap relinquish any responsibility for the transport and manoeuvre of the product from the vehicle and there after.
1.4 Delivery prices cover UK mainland. For anything outside of UK mainland please contact us.
1.5 Our production facility and offices are closed on bank holidays and for an extended period over Christmas and New Year. This does affect delivery and collection dates in some cases. Please visit our home page and our social media sites for details of seasonal holiday arrangements for orders placed over these times.
Bollards express delivery
2.1 Broxap offers next working day mainland UK delivery on selected galvanised steel bollards, recycled plastic bollards, and removable bollards or two-working day mainland UK delivery on selected black-only powder coated bollards for an additional cost.
2.2 Broxap offers this express delivery service for selected bollards when orders are made before 12noon Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

2.4 Same day collection of in-stock bollards is available when ordered before 12noon. Collection must be made before 3pm on the same day. Same day collection is only available from Broxap Ltd, Rowhurst Industrial Estate, Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 6BD.
