Sport England Small Grant Programmes brings communities together and provides sport and physical activities for people who may be less physically active.


Suez Communities Trust - England
Supporting communities and environmental improvement projects through the Landfill Communities Fund in England.


Suez Communities Trust - Scotland
The Suez Communities Trust in Scotland supports communities and environmental improvement projects through the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund.


National Lottery Awards for All England
The National Lottery Awards supports communities and organisations affected by the cost-of-living crisis, as well as improving the places that matter to communities.


Football Foundation
Improves the quality of grassroot facilities and provide sporting opportunities for all. Grants are designed to help people get more from the game they love.


Tesco Stronger Starts
Tesco supports projects that will make a positive difference within communities. Every three months, three local good causes are selected to be in the blue token customer vote in Tesco stores throughout the UK.


Screwfix Foundation
The Screwfix Foundation supports projects that improve, fix and repair buildings, homes and facilities specifically used by people in need throughout the UK.


UK Community Foundations
Community foundations administer different grant schemes from various funders. Each foundation looks after the schemes directly related to their geographical area.


Biffa Award:
Recreation
Aimed at not-for-profit groups and organisations, close to landfill sites that need funding to improve the quality of life in their community or to conserve wildlife.


FFC Community Action Fund: England
To provide grants of between £2,000 and £100,000 to not-for profit organisations to carry out amenity projects that are sited within 10 miles of an eligible FCC Environment Waste Facility.


FFC Scottish Action
Fund
The FCC Scottish Action Fund provides grants of between £2,000 and £40,000 to not-for-profit organisations for projects eligible under the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund (SLCF).


Entrust: Landfill Communities Fund
Distributing Landfill Communities Fund via various funding organisations. Supporting various initiatives such as environmental conservation, improvements to community infrastructure, and recreational projects.


Veolia Enviromental Trust: Community Grant
Grants of between £10,000 and £75,000 are available fund improvements towards projects that make improvements to community facilities and the natural environment.


Aviva
Community Fund
The Aviva Community Fund helps local causes build stronger communities across the UK, helping create a better future for tomorrow, with funding available for organisations looking to raise up to £50,000.


Valencia
Communities Fund
An independent, not-for-profit organisation which provides funding for community, heritage and biodiversity projects around the UK through the Landfill Communities Fund and Scottish Landfill Communities Fund.


The Hargreaves Foundation
The Foundation’s objectives are to support those under the age of 18 and living with a mental health problem, physical disability or growing up in poverty through the mediums of sport and education.


Morrisons Foundation
To support registered charities that make a positive difference in local communities across England, Scotland and Wales. They award grants for charity projects and match fund the money that Morrisons colleagues raise for their chosen charities.


The Johnson Foundation
The Foundation supports UK registered charities working specifically within the Liverpool City Region in the areas of Welfare, Youth, Community, Arts, Education and Health, awarding grants for both capital and activity expenditure.


Blue Spark Foundation
To improve the education and development of children and young people by the means of education, cultural, sporting and other activities, aiming to help children and young people reach their full potential.


BBC Children In Need
Creating lasting, positive change across the UK for the children and young people who need them most. There are several funding programmes open at any one time.


Cycling Friendly: Scotland
To encourage pupils to cycle to school, funding is available to cover the cost of cycle parking equipment such as cycle shelters, compounds, racks and stands.


Zero Waste Scotland
Accelerating progress towards Scotland’s waste and recycling targets and net zero commitments through local authority awards for for a diverse range of projects.


Asda Foundation
A variety of grants, including Cost of Living Grants and Under 18 Better Starts Grants, are available to transform communities and help to improve lives throughout the UK.
