Broxap Limited combines engineering experience with architectural flair in its approach to the design & build of complex architectural metalwork solutions.

Accurate budget costs are ascertained to support the cost planning of a project, to assist in delivering the most cost effective, practical solutions to a scheme or proposal.

Our goal is to have an early involvement with a scheme, so that it may benefit in receiving first-hand knowledge from the concept planning stages through to completion, enabling us to work as an extension of your project delivery team. To assist with this, 3D rendered visualisations are presented for comment and approval.

With this early contractor involvement, our experienced designers and engineers offer robust advice in  technical discussions with  structural engineers, architects and other consulting practices; so as to realise the client’s vision.

We carefully plan each activity for the most cost effective and programme efficient results, whilst incorporating our Health & Safety credentials into the manufacture and installation phases of the project delivery. Our business unit objective is to deliver all projects on-time, within budget and right first-time, therefore delivering 100% customer satisfaction.

3D Visuals Engineering and design expertise are used to create photo-realistic models to represent Broxap’s proposals of bespoke design concepts. Interactive pdf’s, with user navigation, offer the client an in-depth impression of the design intent. Still 3d visualisation images can be super-imposed onto pre-photographed backgrounds. These representations can then be incorporated into “before and after” photomontages, for the client to share their plans with the public once a scheme has been selected and a contract is underway.

We offer a comprehensive design consultancy service so at any stage of a project, Broxap Design & Build are able to provide creative, engineered solutions to complicated design issues that are feasible to manufacture, allowing valuable internal resource to be reallocated.

Using the latest in measurement technology, our CRB-checked surveying team operate nationwide to undertake detailed surveys of sites. Sites are CAT scanned at the survey stage to help identify any potential hazards and services below ground ensuring that both design and installation are accurately and efficiently completed.

Our products are manufactured from within our 7½ acre site, using both highly skilled local individuals and the best technologies available . We offer a large range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, glass and timber with finishing’s in a choice of surface coatings which include galvanising, wet-paint systems and polyester powder-coating.

Utilizing over 30 experienced CRB-checked teams, we offer certification that include SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, CPCS,  Streetworks, PTS and First Aid. Our work is well co-ordinated throughout the project cycle and offers a nationwide installation service that provides the full scope of works from civil requirements to steel work erection, cladding, electrical and finishing activities

Our commissioned projects benefit from the services of a dedicated Contract Manager who will monitor and guide the progression of the build through to sign-off and completion. All of our contract managers have vast experience in the design, production and installation of fabricated products. Their practical experience is further complemented by an apt knowledge of current Health & Safety and CDM  regulations, construction contract law and project management techniques.

As a commitment to a “Right First Time” customer policy, we hold certification through the BSI for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. The certification gives clear instruction and guidance in all aspects of our Quality Management protocol.
