Jack Berry House – Rehabilitation Centre for Injured Jockeys, Malton, N. Yorks.

The Jack Berry House is a rehabilitation Centre for injured jockeys. Based in Malton, North Yorkshire the centre was opened in 2015 by IJF Patron, HRH The Princess Royal.

Broxap were asked to supply a series of external furniture products that would lend themselves to the contemporary look and feel of the building whilst offering comfort to users.

The Thornhill picnic unit features a mild steel framework to the table and seating with Iroko hardwood slats for the seating and table surface.

The Willenhall seats were provided with again a galvanized steel frame and Iroko hardwood slats and also featured armrests to assist users to easily sit or leave the seat if they were recovering from injury.

Ashurst wall mounted cigarette bins were provided for the outdoor smoking area.

Seating items were polyester powder coated Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) to complement other colour ways contained within the buildings features.
