Cycle parking provision for more than 100 commuters has been installed at a high profile business park.
Phase 3 of Silverstone Park, in Towcester, has now been delivered featuring the site’s largest properties to date.
The scheme targets growing tech business as well as global innovation and advanced engineering and manufacturing brands.
The buildings are surrounded by a network of green infrastructure and planting, with footpaths and break-out spaces included in the landscape architecture to boost appeal for prospective occupants.
For main contractor Barnwood Limited, Broxap designed, manufactured and installed a series of Cycle Parking Shelters and Two-Tier Cycle Parking systems.
The Shelter options included the Apollo Two Tier Cycle Shelter with ClearView cladding and a galvanised steel frame.
The Cambridge Two Tier Hybrid also features at Silverstone Park in three different sizes to suit each location.
Each of the four shelters accommodates Broxap’s Easi-Riser Two-Tier Cycle Racks.
A Sheffield Cycle Rack is available on the lower tier of the parking system, with easy-to-use retractable troughs in the upper tier.
Across the four cycle parking points in this project for Phase 3 of Silverstone Park, a total of 102 cycle parking spaces were provided.
