Persimmon's new Sonnet Park housing development comprises two, three and four-bedroom homes and is less than two miles away from the highly sought-after Stratford town centre. Around the new housing estate, there’s a great variety of local attractions, including the famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford Butterfly Farm, and Shakespeare’s birthplace.
Broxap supplied a range of high-quality street furniture, including seats, litter bins, and dog waste bins, to enhance the community's aesthetic appeal and functionality. As a family business which recently celebrated its 78th anniversary, Broxap has always been set on improving the appearance and functionality of our streets.
The supply of the street furniture was divided into two phases. Phase one is complete, and phase two is set to be completed within four weeks.
The first phase of this project has been a great success. Broxap’s heavyweight timber Hodnet Seats added to the housing development's overall aesthetic appeal and provided residents and visitors with a great place to chat and rest. Our Okehampton Redwood Litter Bins contrast beautifully against the timber seats, and the Sirius Dog Waste Bins encourage people to keep the area clean.
This project serves as an excellent example of how Broxap’s street furniture can enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of a community.
