Working the abdominal muscles, hip flexors and and upper leg muscles, hanging leg raises require enough upper body strength to support the users body weight on the back frame, whilst lifting their legs to waist height. The Leg Raise is a strength training exercise which uses isolation techniques to identify the body's area of weakness and strengthen those muscles.

Difficult to start with, benefits will start to show as the user improves.

  • Provides a challenging strength workout for the whole body.
