HMP Exercise Package
This outdoor fitness package covers users’ strength building needs, with outdoor gym equipment tartegting the main muscle groups. This makes it perfect for prisoners’ structured exercise activities .
The NHS recommends working on muscle strength at least twice a week. Hence, users can work on this equipment for exercises such as dips, pull ups, leg raises and chin ups; all the while taking in fresh air to relieve tension.
We have selected four multi-use, strength building exercise stations to complete the HMP Exercise Package:
