Broxap supplied a wide range of outside seating options for the development run by housing provider BPHA.
All apartments include private balconies or terraces and as well as being located close to the countryside, the gardens at Mill View are designed to offer a safe and attractive place to go for a stroll.

In a £28,000 package, street furniture expert Broxap supplied five timber Longley planters, with a planed and sanded finish. These large capacity planters were constructed to bespoke dimensions to suit the location and complement the high-quality landscaping.
The timber theme continued to the benches with a series of Broxap’s Hemstone seats custom-designed in a variety of configurations.
The heavy duty galvanised steel frame incorporates solid Royal Grey granite block legs and iroko slatted seats and backrests.

As well as offering supreme durability and longevity, the quality hardwood brings comfort and warmth.
Mill View aims to be a ‘home from home’ and offers a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments on either a rental or shared ownership basis.

Aimed at the over-55s, the modern apartment complex features a number of on-site facilities including a cafe and roof garden, and the grounds and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.

Care and support services are also available as well as a 24-hour emergency response service.
The products designed and manufactured by Broxap reflected the high-spec finish throughout the development.
The thoughtful seating arrangements offer high levels of accessibility and usability and vary from impressive extra-long, curved seats, perfect for socialising, to smaller L-shaped groupings for quiet contemplation.
Broxap also supplied four stainless steel bollards for the site, bringing the finishing touches to the luxury community site.
