Broxap Street Furniture was proud to be approached to design and manufacture the finishing touches for a multi-million pound redevelopment of a former landfill site.
H&H Group invested £4.8 million in the creation of a new food hall, 11 industrial units and a car park with just under 300 parking spaces at Rosehill in Carlisle.
Family food firm Pioneer Foodservice took on the food hall in a milestone expansion for its business.
The venue, complete with coffee shop, was developed as a showcase for Pioneer Foodservice to accommodate its growing produce range.
The company was keen for the site to be more than a supermarket, reflecting its expertise for good food and good service.
Working for Pioneer Foodservice’s project management firm, Lambert-Gill Ltd, Broxap created the MIG Trolley Shelter for the site.
Designed to offer complete coverage so customer trollies remain safe and dry, the MIG Trolley Shelter fits conveniently into one standard car park space to maximise parking facilities.
Now available to order as a standard product, optional extras can include an aluminium kick rail, lighting and full installation service.
In addition to two MIG Trolley Shelters, 10 steel Sheffield Cycle Stands were supplied to the site.
The customer experience was further enhanced with two striking Kings Lynn Concrete Cast Planters and two Helston Curved Steel and Timber benches to create an inviting and comfortable environment.
Three Derby Double Recycling Units enable customers to dispose of their waste responsibly, with an Ashurst Aluminium Round Cigarette Bin for cigarette waste.
Two Stainless Steel Lift Assist Manual Telescopic Bollards, with yellow reflective bands, support site access and security.
