The Role:

You’ll be our in-house creative lead, owning the visual identity of our brand and elevating how our products and projects are presented. Working closely with the marketing manager, content writers, and technical SEO executives, you'll craft both digital and print assets that capture attention and communicate value.

This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset who can think strategically, design imaginatively, and bring bold ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and design stunning print collateral: brochures, catalogues, case studies, and exhibition imagery.
  • Create digital assets for email campaigns, social media, website banners, digital brochures, and animations.
  • Transform technical product data and imagery into engaging visuals that resonate with architects, planners, and specifiers.
  • Develop creative campaigns and design ideas for product launches and brand marketing.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency with a fresh, modern edge.
  • Collaborate on quotation documents, ensuring our visual presentation stands out from competitors.
  • Liaise with printers and production teams to ensure high-quality output across all formats.
  • Contribute creative ideas for exhibitions, packaging, merchandise, and environmental graphics.

Experience and Required Skills:

  • 2–4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer in a B2B environment — ideally in manufacturing or construction.
  • A portfolio bursting with original, creative work across both digital and print.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong concept development skills — from moodboards to mockups to final designs.
  • An eye for photography, layout, and typographic detail.
  • Ability to distil technical or industrial content into accessible, design-led narratives.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to present ideas and push creative boundaries.
  • Experience in the public realm or urban design sector.
  • Photography & Videography experience.
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills.
