Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30 Friday 07:30 - 13:30
Holidays: 25 days holiday entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays

The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Fabricator to join our experienced team. Based at our workshops in Chesterton, Newcastle under Lyme, we are looking for a competent Fabricator with a good eye for detail to fabricate, assemble and weld products and components predominantly in mild steel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld components to a high standard
- Work from technical engineering drawings and specifications
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all tasks
- Safely operate fabrication machinery, tools, and equipment
- Meet production targets and deadlines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Experience and Required Skills:
- Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding (time-served preferred)
- Proficiency in MAG, MIG, MMA, and TIG welding techniques
- Ability to work with materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and cast iron
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding desirable
